Specialty Coffee
At The Hungry Pelican we use 'First Batch Coffee' specifically a unique blend of two high quality coffees. A Colombian coffee from the southern Popayan region and a Brazilian coffee grown in the Serra do Salitre, Minas Gerais region. The rich volcanic soils, altitudes and processing of both, blends to give a full bodied cup, smooth chocolate finish with subtle fruits.
